At Veltrix, we are committed to providing reliable and quality bike-holding solutions. To give our customers confidence in their purchase, every Veltrix product comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
1. Warranty Period
All Veltrix products are covered by a 6-month warranty from the original date of purchase.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is subject to the terms mentioned in this policy.
2. What the Warranty Covers
The 6-month warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues that occur during normal and intended use of the product.
If a genuine manufacturing defect is identified, Veltrix may, at its discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the defective part
- Replace the product
- Provide another appropriate solution
The final resolution will be determined after inspection by the Veltrix team.
3. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accidents or collisions
- Improper installation or usage
- Misuse or negligence
- Excessive load beyond the recommended capacity
- Normal wear and tear
- Physical damage caused after purchase
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Improper storage or maintenance
- Damage caused by external factors
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or paint marks
4. Warranty Claim
To request warranty support, customers should contact Veltrix with:
- Original purchase invoice or proof of purchase
- Product details
- Customer name and contact number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the product, if requested
Our team may inspect the product or request additional information before approving a warranty claim.
5. Warranty Approval
Warranty claims are evaluated by the Veltrix team.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect and falls within the warranty terms, Veltrix will provide the applicable repair, replacement, or service.
6. Unauthorised Modifications
Any unauthorised modification, alteration, repair, or replacement of product components may void the warranty.
Customers are advised to contact Veltrix before making any modification or repair that could affect the product.
7. Warranty Limit
The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Replacement of a product or component does not automatically restart or extend the original warranty period unless specifically confirmed by Veltrix.
